Overview

Initialize the Tauri + Next.js application with proper project structure for the ATM application.

Tasks

Create Next.js 14 project with TypeScript
Initialize Tauri desktop app
Set up Tailwind CSS configuration
Configure TypeScript settings
Set up folder structure (src/app, src/components, src/lib, src/types)
Create basic layout and page structure
Set up environment variable handling

Acceptance Criteria

Next.js development server runs without errors
Tauri app can be built and launched
Tailwind CSS is configured and working
TypeScript compilation succeeds
Basic Hello World page renders

Definition of Done

Project builds successfully
No warnings or errors in build output
All configurations committed to repository
