Problem

The home page (page.tsx) and profile page both import the old Navigation component, while the layout already provides MobileNavigation for ALL pages. This creates:

Duplicate desktop sidebars - Two sidebars render simultaneously
Inconsistent nav items - Navigation has 7 items (incl. Tags, Profile), MobileNavigation has 5
Missing items - MobileNavigation doesn't include Tags, Profile, Analytics, FI pages
Duplicate mobile bars - Both components render mobile bottom navigation

Solution

Remove Navigation import from home and profile pages
Consolidate all nav items into MobileNavigation (the layout-level component)
Add missing pages (Tags, Profile, Analytics, FI) to MobileNavigation
Remove the old Navigation.tsx component entirely

Files Affected

src/components/MobileNavigation.tsx - Add missing nav items
src/components/Navigation.tsx - Delete (replaced by MobileNavigation)

Added LanguageSelector to sidebar
Build passes, 27/27 tests passing
