Problem

The home page (src/app/[locale]/page.tsx) has:

Dead PDF upload card - Shows 'Coming soon...' with opacity-60. This is misleading since the app now has full PDF-independent lesson generation via AI.
Outdated project status - Shows 'Building core UI pages...' as in-progress, but all core pages are complete.
Missing links - No Knowledge Base card (one of the core features), no FI card, no Analytics card.

Solution

Replace PDF card with Knowledge Base card (link to /knowledge)
Update project status section to reflect current state
Add Analytics card
Consider grid layout improvement (5 cards → better arrangement)

Files Affected

src/messages/en.json - Add/update translation keys if needed

Added FI (Functional Integration) card
Added Analytics card
Removed outdated project status section
Updated card layout to responsive 3-column grid
Build passes, 27/27 tests passing
