i18n fix: Generated lessons were a DE/EN mix — getPrimaryMovements had ~190 lines of hardcoded English movement instructions. Replaced with i18n keys + German translations for all 8 focus areas (spine, hips, breathing, eyes, shoulders, legs, relaxation, mobility).
Video upload/record: Movement analysis now has a VideoInput component with:
- 📁 Upload: select video file (mp4/webm/mov)
- 📹 Record: live webcam capture via MediaRecorder API
- Once video is ready, PoseAnalyzer runs ML5 PoseNet on it
- No backend needed — video stays client-side

Build green, 53/53 tests green. Targets dev.
