Plan

Seed the sixth launch lesson (L6 Kiefer, Augen & Gesicht / Jaw, Eyes & Face) into the public catalog, advancing Launch Lessons 5/8 → 6/8.

Outcome

One new SEED_LESSONS entry in src/lib/lessons-catalog.ts (German, catalog-safe projection), following the deployed L1–L5 pattern. Jaw-safety rails are executable unit tests:

Safety rails (banned by test): wide mouth opening, biting/clenching (beiss/kneif/zusammenbeissen), self-massage pressure on the jaw, end-range framing (maximal/bis zum Anschlag).

Positive guards (required by test):

  • Release framed as allowing, never doing: tongue invited to become soft and heavy, lips resting slightly apart, teeth may simply not touch.
  • Eyes invited to soften/rest (eyelid like a cloth settling) — never exercised, strained, or hard-focused.
  • Imagined yawn — nur in der Vorstellung, the classic ATM face release.
  • Jaw ↔ breath ↔ neck ↔ spine ↔ pelvis whole-body connection (domain knowledge: the jaw mirrors the pelvic floor).
  • Tiny amplitudes, imagined movement first-class, reversibility, rest first-class, breath untouched.

One wording loop worth noting: "Gespanntsein" (descriptive noticing of tension) tripped the /spann/ effort-verb guard. Per the iteration-loop principle ("never weaken a test to make it green"), the content was rephrased ("hält irgendwo etwas leise fest"), not the guard.

Impact on release goals

Launch Lessons 5/8 → 6/8. Jaw/eye/face tension is the second-highest vulnerability zone after the neck and a top practical entry topic (screen-time tension); the rails are now permanent CI guards. Onboarding arc: awareness → breath → pelvis → feet/standing → neck → jaw/eyes/face.

Blackbox

  • Unit: 198/198 green (+10 new L6-specific assertions; RED verified first: 7 failed pre-implementation)
  • TSC: clean
  • Blackbox suite: unchanged (47/47 on testing; catalog endpoints already covered by tests 2/2a/2b/3)

Six-perspectives check

  • Product: sixth launch lesson; face/jaw tension is a highly shareable felt-change topic
  • Engineering: additive-only diff (1 entry + tests), same pattern as deployed L1–L5
  • Psychology: zero failure states; noticing without fixing; rest first-class
  • Biomechanics: release by allowing (gravity/softening), no force, reversible
  • Anatomy: jaw–breath–neck–pelvis chain accurate; safety rails enforced by tests
  • Feldenkrais: no correction/judgement/strain; imagined movement first-class

Risk

Low — additive only, same pattern as L1–L5 which are deployed and green.

Checklist

  • Branch off latest dev (175eeed)
  • Conventional Commits (test → feat → docs)
  • Patchlog entry appended
  • Roadmap status updated (L6 [~], pending PR)
  • No secrets / no large binaries
