Plan

Resolve the #1 documented blackbox blocker and unblock the lesson-delivery pipeline. After PR #52 merged to dev, all six open PRs (#53-#58) became CONFLICTING (mergeable=DIRTY). This PR (Lessons catalog & L1 seed - GET /api/lessons, GET /api/lessons/[id]) is the root cause of the one persistent blackbox failure on the testing deployment (catalog endpoint returns 404 HTML because the route is not deployed there yet) and the dependency for all 8 launch lessons. Integration brings it onto current dev so a human can merge it.

Outcome

Added src/lib/lessons-catalog.ts - curated SEED_LESSONS with L1 "Introduction to Awareness", PublicLessonCatalogEntry type (catalog-safe fields only), getPublicCatalog() + getPublicLessonById().
Added GET /api/lessons -> { lessons, total } and GET /api/lessons/[id] -> entry | 404 (auth-free public catalog).
Privacy invariant: per-user fields (is_favorite, play_count, notes, completion_percent, due_date, priority) and private storage/audio internals (audio_path, storage_*) are stripped before any public response.
L1 content authored to the Feldenkrais non-negotiables (German, inclusive): no correction/judgement/strain; rest and reducing effort are first-class; imagination offered as a technique. A unit-test guard rejects forbidden patterns and requires rest/comfort language.
Integration: rebased onto current dev after #52 merge - conflicts were confined to the 3 .development/ bookkeeping files; ALL production code and its 9 unit tests auto-merged cleanly. No production logic changed in the integration commit.

Impact on release goals

Core Platform -> "Lessons catalog & seed" moves [ ] -> [~] (delivered here; flips to [x] once merged & deployed). L1 launch lesson is now discoverable + previewable without auth.
